It is just a short distance from the bohemian village of San Juan, famous for its hippy market, located in the town square every Sunday, and close by to some of the most spectacular beaches of the North, including Portinatx, Cala Xarraca, and the stunning Benirrás beach, known worldwide for its unforgettable sunsets.
This contemporary chic home is set over two floors affording space and privacy for all guests. On the ground floor, indoor spaces feature large windows, with an 80m2 living area that opens out to both sides of the building and a fully equipped kitchen. All areas have access to beautiful grounds. On this floor, are 4 bedrooms, each of which with a large terrace and views of the countryside. Two of them are en-suite, and the other two are sharing a bathroom.
The master bedroom is found on the first floor, with a resplendent bathroom complete with a hydromassage bath, a large dressing room and an outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the pool and the rest of the property. We also find a second suite on this first floor, beautifully furnished, offering the same level of luxury and style
The charming 80m2 guest house is located to the side of the magnificent garden. It offers two double suites and it’s own living area with mini-fridge and coffee machine, making it ideal for those seeking a little exra privacy.
Beautifully finished and superbly equipped, Villa Gina is supremely stylish throughout. – CLEANING: Cleaning service Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3 hours / day. Change of towels twice a week, change of sheets once a week.
– GARDENER: Gardener service from Monday to Saturday, pool and jacuzzi cleaning once a week.

IN LOW SEASON (March 20 to May 11 – September 20 to November 30, 2024)
– CLEANING: Cleaning services Tuesday and Thursday 3 hours / day. Change of towels + change of sheets once a week.
– GARDENER: Gardener service from Monday to Saturday, pool and jacuzzi cleaning once a week.
– Welcome amenities.
– NOT INCLUDED Breakfast. Request our exclusive chef-prepared breakfast at an additional cost.
MANDATORY:
– CHECK-INS ON SATURDAYS AT 4:00 P.M. AND CHECK-OUTS AT 10:00 A.M.
– MINIMUM STAY 7 DAYS.
– SIGNATURE OF THE HOUSE RULES AT THE ENTRANCE.
– DELIVERY OF THE PASSPORTS OF ALL THE OCCUPANTS OF THE HOUSE.
